RETURN/REFUND POLICY


The purpose of this document is to describe the policy and state the conditions for returning non-defective goods.

An authorization form of return is required by Rest Cabinetry prior to any returns. For the authorization form of return, please send an email request to info@restcabinetry.com for west coast customers, and to info@restcabinetry.com for east coast customers. Customer needs to fill out the form and send it back to Rest Cabinetry.

All returns must be received by Rest Cabinetry within 30 days of purchase.

Rest Cabinetry will accept returns on unopened, undamaged products only, and no returns on assembled cabinets.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all qualified return products.

Customer would choose from either a store credit or a refund via original payment method. The credit is based on warehouse examination of the products. Customer will not receive a credit if the return product is not in resaleable condition.

The refund process takes up to 24 hours.
