Base cabinets are not interchangeable positions. The run has fixed points and the rest fills in around them.
The sink base is set by the plumbing and cannot move without a plumber - see sink base cabinets. The corner needs a dedicated unit, because two runs cannot simply meet at a right angle without one of them losing its door swing - see corner cabinets. The dishwasher takes an opening, not a cabinet. Everything else is planned outward from those.
Plan from the fixed points outward. Start at the sink, the range and the corners and work toward the ends of each run. Done that way, the discrepancy in an out-of-true wall lands in a filler at the end where nobody looks. Started from the ends, it lands in the middle where everybody does.
