You or your crew assemble. This is the normal RTA route. Cartons are labelled, hardware ships with the box, and a competent installer builds a base cabinet in well under an hour once the first two are done.
Rest Cabinetry installs, and assembles as part of it. If your installation is being handled by us, our own team builds the cabinets. You are not handed a stack of cartons. A few narrow accessory units - spice pull-outs, knee drawers and similar - are listed as pre-assembled and arrive built. The product page says so per item.

It does not mean thin. Box construction, drawer hardware and door material are properties of the line you choose, not of whether it ships flat. Read the product description for the specification rather than inferring it from the packaging.

The practical sequence. Measure the room including appliance openings, pick the collection, log in for pricing, work through that line's sizes, add fillers and toe kicks last, then choose pickup or delivery. Order roughly two weeks before install day if you are taking delivery, and count the cartons against your list before the crew shows up.
Nine collections are carried: Shaker, Classic, Inset, Escada, Slim, European, Oxford, Haven, and a range hood line. The names describe door and frame treatment rather than quality tiers - Shaker is the flat-panel workhorse, Inset sets the door flush inside the frame, European is frameless. Unopened cabinets can be returned in original condition, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Accessories, toe kicks, fillers and moldings are non-refundable. Anything assembled or installed cannot be returned. Claims about an order are valid for 30 days after it is received, so inspect cartons on arrival rather than on install day.
