How Shaker Dove is built

This is a framed cabinet with full-overlay doors and drawers, on concealed European-style hinges with a soft-close feature, and the door is a five-piece painted HDF build on a mortise-and-tenon frame. Cabinet boxes are plywood - Rest Cabinetry keeps a strict no-particleboard policy across every collection.

All 329 Shaker Dove sizes are supplied ready to assemble. The plywood panels, the doors and the hardware arrive flat-packed, which is a good part of what keeps a Shaker kitchen at wholesale money.
